2010 IPRASA POINT SCORE SYSTEM
1. Drivers must be a "Current Financial Member of the I.P.R.A.S.A and have I.P.R.A.S.A stickers place on both sides of their car to be eligible for trophies at the end of the year.
2. Points scores will be calculated at the following meetings held for Improved Production Racing Association:

3. 2010 Classes
Class A - 0 to 1600cc
Class B - 1601 to 2000cc
Class C - 2001 to 3000cc
Class D - 3001 to 6000cc
4. 2010 Trophy Awards
Driver Of The Year - 1st Outright
Class A - 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Class B - 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Class C - 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Class D - 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Late model - 1st, 2nd, 3rd
Where a class has only 3 competitors trophies will be given fir 1st & 2nd in that class. Where a class has only 2 competitors a trophy will be given for 1st only. Trophy winners must have competed in a minimum of 50% of the listed race meetings. All race meetings will count for points with extra meetings being advised via Monthly Club meetings.
5. Pointscore for DRIVER OF THE YEAR TROPHY
Points are allocated for places in scratch races which the competitor finishes. Handicap races will not score points in the DRIVER OF THE YEAR TROPHY.
1st IPRASA CAR = 10 POINTS
2nd IPRASA CAR = 9 POINTS
3rd IPRASA CAR = 8 POINTS
4th IPRASA CAR = 7 POINTS
5th IPRASA CAR = 6 POINTS
6th IPRASA CAR = 5 POINTS
7th IPRASA CAR = 4 POINTS
8th IPRASA CAR = 3 POINTS
9th IPRASA CAR = 2 POINTS
10th IPRASA CAR = 1 POINTS
6. Pointscore for CLASS TROPHIES
Points are allocated for all races which the competitor finishes (scratch & handicap)
(A) 5 Points are allocated for completing in practice (min 3 laps). 5 Points allocated for finishing each race.
(B) Placing points in races
1st in class = 10 POINTS
2nd in class = 8 POINTS
3rd in class = 6 POINTS
4th in class = 4 POINTS
5th in class = 2 POINTS
6th in class = 1 POINTS
