IPRASA PRESENTATION NIGHT / CLUB MEETING
A trophy presentation dinner
has been arranged for Monday 25/2/2008.
This will replace our usual monthly meeting. It will commence at
6.30pm. The club will be paying for all club members and you are more
than welcome to bring your partners however they shall have to pay for
themselves. The cost is $33.00 and here is a copy of
the menu for you to
view.
It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT that you advise the club via return email if you can
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We need to have final numbers confirmed by no later
than
20/2/08.

IPRASA EASTER BBQ
It was a small but comited bunch of IPRASA members who attended the Easter BBQ, this included a mixture of both new and old members. The kids who attended all had fun on their Easter egg hunt while the parents all had a laugh at the sights in the parklands. Ask around if you want the details. :-)

IPRASA END OF YEAR CHRISTMAS PARTY
WHO: For all IPRASA members, families, sponsors and friends (Kids welcome)
WERE: Kings Reserve - Meyer Street, Torrensville
WHEN: Saturday the 3rd of December
TIME: 12:00pm onwards
COST: $10 per head for a fully catered meal, choice of 3 meats, veggies, deserts (lunch served at 1:00pm)
BYO: Drinks and chairs
RSVP: at the AGM with monies to Scott Clements or Cindy Stevenson
NOTES: If you cant attend the AGM and you still wish to attend the Christmas party call either Scott or Cindy
FOR THE KIDS: Santa will be making an appearance issuing gifts. If you would like your child to receive a gift from him, please supply a gift up to the value of $10 and place their name on it. Angie will collect all gifts discreetly upon your arrival at the event for distribution by Santa. We will also be providing a supervised bouncy castle and face painting for the children.
FOR THE BIG KIDS: We will be holding a small raffle at $2 per ticket, we are still currently looking for further donations from businesses. If you can help please bring your offers to the AGM.

The IPRASA is in the process of planning it's end of year show. At this stage it looks like we will hold a club gathering for all members and their families (children are welcome). Your sponsors are welcome too, make a day of it to say thank you. The event will take place in one of Adelaide's beautiful parks on December the 3rd 2005. This event will be catered for, all you will need to do is bring your chairs and drinks. We are also planning on having various activities for the kids (we need a Santa! any ideas?). We are looking at a 12pm start time, keep checking this page for further details. We will be sending out a flyer soon advertising both the AGM and the end of year show. We will need to confirm numbers as soon as possible for catering purposes. Cheers.

Wayne Oates has kindly offered a his home at Gawler as a base for any people who have a long way to travel to race meetings. He has plenty of space for sleeping, parking and workshop facilities are available if required. If there are a few takers the plan is to have a club BBQ / bonfire. People who are part of the club, but who have chosen not to stay at Wayne's are welcome attend the BBQ / bonfire. For further details contact Wayne on 8522 3493 or 0408 082 003
